Tyyra is really enjoying the spring time here, walking around in the forest, trying to smell where the rabbits and squirrels are..

And on some other really good news, we went today with Tyyra to one “match show”, just visiting, not competing, but her behavior was great. She was just excited about the event and all the dogs around, but not nervous nor aggressive to other dogs. Who knows, maybe we will see Tyyra going to some “match show” in the veteran class in the future…

A mentioned before, Tyyra is a real lappish dog nowadays. She always enjoys a good ski trip, and I can confirm that the pulling is quite impressive for such a small dog…

It was a beautiful Sunday last week, so we went on a small walk around napapiiri in the afternoon. Tyyra liked it a lot, as you can see in the picture.

We had reindeers almost in our backyard. They were just in small forest opposite the house. Tyyra likes them a lot, as you can see on the video. On the other hand, Tyyra’s reaction was quite “mild”. She usually is much more noisier when she sees those strange creatures. Now Tyyra is know in the neighborhood as “lapin poroterrieri”.

Before the change, we made a small trip to some fireplace away from the town, so that Tyyra can have a bit of peace before the fireworks (she doesn’t like them at all…). Pictures can be found here

Father Christmas also remembered Tyyra, as she’s always been nice… And she would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays !

Or should I say trick AND treats ! Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks ? Well, Tyyra isn’t that old, but she sure can learn new tricks…

Tyyra is a nerd, she spends lots of time at the computer watching youtube videos… (I recommend putting the sound on)

With a wonderful “ruska” this year in Lapland, we went on a trip to Auttiköngäs. It was a really nice day, but unfortunately for Tyyra, the hunting season is also opened and heard some shots nearby. So she didn’t enjoy the trip as much as she could have. We definitely have to go again later.
